Taco Bell - Pensacola

I and my wife went to the other day to eat, it was good for taco bell, of course have the prices with this wonderful inflation that goes today on youtube checks us on youtube!?

Terrible service, terrible tacos. Used drive- thru, ordered party pack of 12 taco supremes and drinks. Was told to drive around and park to wait for food. A man brought out our food, but no drinks. We asked for our drinks, and we’re told to go back through the drive-thru. We didn’t want to get back in the drive-thru line so we just left without the drinks we paid for. Get home with tacos and they taste like cardboard! I don’t understand why. Never had that happen before, but they literally taste like the cardboard party pack they came in. Disgusting. Inedible. Unbelievable. Will not stop at this Taco Bell ever again.

Went through the drive thru, ordered for my family, got home, and was missing my supreme chulupa... I should have checked the bag. I have called them 10+ times and no answer. Dining room is closed and drive thru has a line to the street ?

Went to dine inside with a coworker. Walked to counter. Stood for 30secs before they tell us we have to use self-service machine to order.. ok fine order and put I want diablo and hot sauce. Another person comes in after we order and goes to counter. They look at him but don't say or do anything for at least a full min. Was probably longer but at least a full min. Finally they talk to him and give carry out. We finally get our food and my crunch wrap is nearly wrapped with food coming out side not biggest deal but could have been made better. Finally sauce in bag doesn't match what we put on selfservice order so I go to get the sauce I like. I stand for about 30 seconds while two working making food look back and forth to themselves after seeing me and laugh to themselves. I get my sauce and start eating and where I sit I can see the food line and one worker puts something in mouth looks like a chip eats it. Not really sure what it was he ate but he did it standing about food line.

I went there yesterday with a friend to eat lunch. When we walked in, there was a older lady struggling to use their order/self check out computer thing. She said she was having trouble placing her order on it.We saw 3 employees standing behind the counter just talking and hanging out. We went to the counter to order our food and one of the employees was very rude to us.She told us they weren't taking orders and to use the self check out computer thing to place our order. The older lady was still trying to place her order on it.We decided to eat somewhere else and left. By the way they were not busy, hardly anyone there. I guess they don't need our business. Also their self check out computer thing is hard to use and it crashes.
