Aceasta a fost a doua mea vizită. Prima vizită a fost foarte frumoasă. Această vizită a avut un serviciu bun și o calitate slabă a alimentelor. Sâmburii din creveți și sâmburi au fost foarte săraci. Erau uscate și aproape necomestibile. Prietenul meu a mâncat haș de vită de porumb care a întârziat la masă, cartofii erau prea puțin gătiți, vita de porumb era feliată. Cu greu i-aș numi hash. Ce nu-i place lui User la South Market Pensacola:
Turtele de crab aveau foarte puțină carne de crab în ele, atât în Benny, cât și în platou. Nici măcar nu am mâncat una dintre prăjituri, dar nimeni nu ne-a întrebat nici măcar dacă ceva nu este în regulă cu ele. Creveții și grâul erau extrem de uscați și lipsiți de gust, „grâul” de cereale întregi era ca fulgi de ovăz uscați, iar creveții erau uscați cu niște pulbere de tip vechi. The waitress who served us was very rude and unfriendly. If we had a nicer waitress, it would have made the dining experience much better. The meat at this restaurant is absolutely delicious and out of this world!
The crab cakes had very little crab meat in them on both the eggs benedict and the regular plate. We didn't even finish the cakes, but no one asked us if there was a problem. The shrimp and grits were extremely dry and bland, the grits were like dried heel flakes and the shrimp was dry and coated with an old seasoning powder. Despite all the positive reviews, we were disappointed with our Easter brunch experience.
It was Easter Sunday we wanted to sit outside but were unsure of the weather so didn’t request outside seating. We sat inside which was nice. Our server Austin was great he kept our beverage glasses full. He gave us plenty of time to decide what we wanted to order. Food was served in a reasonable amount of time as the restaurant was busy. The food was delicious!!! They let us keep our tab open so the kids could play outside. They didn’t rush us to leave ...overall South Market made it a great Easter brunch for our family!!! We will be back!!!
GREETED BY SOME NICE GIRLS! SEATED JASON CAME OVER TO TAKE CARE OF US. HE WAS AMAZING! I WOULD ASK FOR HIM AGAIN. LOVE EVERYTHING WE WILL BE BACK!
Service was slow, waiter never took our drink order, had to flag him down. Ordered the shrimp grits, shrimp was really good but the grits were very bland. Husband ordered the fish tacos, the tacos tasted stale. Would not go back.
