Shux Oyster - Pensacola

The Fam and I were looking for a delicious Sea Food spot, while vacationing. Omg....Shux did not disappoint! My husband and I shared a mixed dozen chargrilled and raw oysters. So good! We also shared the grouper po-boy...Mmm!! G-ma had the fried shrimp! The batter was perfect! Since G-pa and the kids aren't crazy about seafood, they ordered burgers. Wait...the DEVOURED their burgers! Overall....service and food were GREAT!

There is more than just oysters to enjoy at this restaurant. I tried the Casino Oysters and they were delicious with a pleasant level of spiciness. Additionally, they have a great selection of beer on tap.

When. I visited the Shux Oyster the food is great and the service of the staff was really great they services like if you were thirst very own family members. I'll come back there to eat again. I'm going back to Pensacola Florida this time. I came because my youngest son studied from the aviation school, he is an American. Marine!!!!

We ordered 1 dozen CHARGRILLED oysters and the dredge burger. It did not disappoint... Great flavor and service for some out of town visitors Thanks for taking care of us Alicia! Great service on a Sunday afternoon.

The service was good! Marcy was friendly helpful and knowledgeable of the menu. The inside is small but comfortable and cozy. We order the baked oyster sampler. It was ok. Definitely not the best I've had. The casino and rockaflore were the best of the four. The parm on the chargrilled was very chewy maybe over cooked. The beinville was too bready I couldn't taste the oyster at all. We also tried the stuffed burgers. The hidden treasure burger was spicy cheesy and delicious. The surf and turf is not something I'd ever order again. I didn't like the filing although all the sandwiches were made well. The seafood filing was very creamy and sorta sweet. The flavors were fighting on my palate in the worst way. I only took two bites and traded the rest with my husband for the spicy goodness.
