I order pizza from the mall on a weekly basis and today the phones were down, today you were not on DoorDash, and I came to order a pizza and you didn’t start cooking it until 20 minutes after I ordered it and was sitting in the cafeteria waiting You realize your phones were not turned on when I asked why your phones aren’t working in the pizza should’ve been put in the oven when I ordered it I waited over 50 minutes for a pizza that I ordered in person. for a Saturday night, that is a little unacceptable considering you’re a high piece pizza joint in a mall. Get your phones, turned on, and maybe people will be able to order again

Pizza was still cold when served and breadsticks were so hard and dry. the lady in front of me had to go back and get another pizza after first piece was burnt. Definitely not a great visit. Thankfully we only visiting. My son loves pizza but we will definitely pass on this place.

I had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, and the pizza was piping hot and absolutely delicious. It was hands down the best pizza I have ever had. I highly recommend stopping by this place if you are in the area. 10/10!

One of my family members visited the city and does not eat tomato sauce. They decided to order a slice of 4 cheese white pizza from the menu, but were disappointed to find that there was no sauce on it, only cheese on the crust. We had assumed that the "white" in the name referred to Alfredo sauce, but it turned out to be a mix of different cheeses. I felt embarrassed that we had chosen this restaurant, especially since we were at the mall with other dining options available. After reading the official description of the 4 cheese white pizza, we realized that it was supposed to have a sauce made of ricotta, mozzarella, romano, and asiago cheese, along with garlic-infused oil and Italian parsley. Unfortunately, there was a lack of sauce on our pizza, except for some hard cheese and oil. It was our mistake for not clarifying this beforehand, but the misleading title of the pizza led us to believe otherwise. The rest of our meal was enjoyable, but we had to use a lot of napkins to clean up the excess pepper oil. The vegan options were limited to salad, pasta, or a pizza without cheese.

I bought pizza here since I was a kid. I love the taste, but in the last few times I noticed that the workers put the pizzas on the pizzas without gloves. Maybe it was always like that, but I haven't gone since. I saw a lady who triggered the blow like she played cards last time. Technically, the furnace temp kills the germs, but gloves would be a good idea.
