Pizza Hut - Pensacola

The food here is usually pretty good. Last night we had a very good large thin and crispy pizza with multiple toppings and an order of lemon pepper fries. All of it was quite good as well as the service.

Always good and reliable pizza just like back west . Manager always very nice as well . Just need to bring back the garlic

Pizza had very little toppings and even less cheese. It was not good at all. The chicken Alfredo was ok, but kinda dry. Delivery was quick and courteous. Probably won’t eat here again due to good quality for cost.

Came in tonight to pick up an order for carry out , stood there so long o ended up placing my own order on line while standing at the store counter . Also , when I ordered wings , it didn’t give me an option for dipping sauces … was told after I paid that ranch was extra . And just so the only polite person doesn’t get in trouble Jonae was fabulous.. she tried to do her best for me

I give it one star for customer service. Most of the delivery drivers are rude and unprofessional. I am always polite when they come to the door and they don't say anything. Just give me a dead eyed look like they want to punch me in the face. Probably because they are expected to be tipped above 20% or something. I've worked as a delivery driver before and not once did I ever give anybody a bad look no matter the customer. It gets even worse. Literally nobody knows how to run the register. I waited 20 minutes one time just to get somebody's attention and for somebody to ring me up on a prepaid pizza when I came to pick up. Probably the worst pizza hut ever. Fire most of the staff now!
