Papa John's Pizza - Pensacola

Has been delivered for 33 minutes for an order 40 minutes ago and ordered 1 hour and a half ago. No customer service Cuannel from papa johns can give me a refund and the store ignores its phone.

ANNEX: If you have a sign instructing customers to ring a bell, make sure the bell is functional. Also, ensure that orders are ready for customers upon arrival to prevent unnecessary wait times. The goal should be a quick and efficient in-and-out process.

I hadn't ordered from this restaurant in a few weeks, but when I did this past weekend, I was extremely disappointed. The toppings on the pizza were very sparse, making it difficult to find the 5 toppings I had requested. The price hasn't decreased at all - with tip, the bill came out to $23 for a medium pizza. Unfortunately, Papa, after all this time, I will no longer be a customer.

The service at this restaurant was excellent. The pizza was prepared in a timely manner and the staff was clean and friendly. I recommend trying the new Shaq large pepperoni pizza and jalapeno poppers, which were delicious and served hot.

Prompt service. Pizza was still good and hot, and my two liter Pepsi was still nice and chilled.
