New Yorker Deli - Pensacola

WOW! What a variety on the menu. Salads, sandwiches, soups, pizzas, and cheesecake. Fresh bread for the subs and brick oven pizzas with fresh, abundant toppings and the best sweet tea in town. After 3 visits,I can recommend the meatball sub, any of their pizza selections, the New Yorker pastrami sandwich, and you can't forget the chicken gumbo that's just spicy enough to clear your sinuses but not so you can't taste the rest of the flavors. You can eat inside or out on the deck on a nice day. I highly recommend the New Yorker Deli on Cervantes just before the Scenic Hwy curve. They don't disappoint.

Great NYC food. We were working s swim.meet and my daughter and I (we moved from CT 6 years ago) decided to try this deli and were pleasantly surprised at how great it was. I had the Pastrami Rueben and she had a personal pizza. Both were outstanding. The Black Cherry Soda sbd the Riptide pint went well with the meal. Prices were reasonable and the small cozy environment was really nice. A must visit if you have a hankering for NY style food or a nice little cozy resturaunt

After a day at the beach pizza and movie was needed. We found this place that offers gluten free. I got the Athenian and it was very good. While picking up the pizza, I picked up 2 types of GF veggie pastas that were very delicious. Mt son got a cake that he loved. It was packed. Everything was good and would return.

Loved the local feeling, this space and it is patrons. drilled to have recommended us! in the room seemed small, but they can go down and we did. menu was extensive with authentic items that I would find in new york deli and pizzeria! we ordered a pizza, a key limette cake and a baklava. everything we are delicious!

I love this place. I asked my wife what she would add to this review, and she said, reuben, reuben, reuben, they will thank me later! I can't say that. there is a large menu with many options, I had a few dinges, but end up with the reubs most themselves. my son likes the pizza and this time got the meatball sub. everything is always so good. my legal father asks to come here at any time when he visits. He spent 30 years in nyc so he says something. the prices are also appropriate. try it!
