Make sure to double-check your 12-piece combo before you leave the drive-thru. The street sign advertising free cookies caught my attention, but I ended up feeling cheated. I feel discriminated against and robbed. They won't answer the phone either.

I waited in line from 6:11 p.m. until 6:38 p.m. After placing my order, the young lady informed me it would take 16 minutes. I thought that was acceptable, but by the time I reached the window, the woman there told me it would be another 13-minute wait. I was low on gas and barely had enough time to go to the gas station and return before my meal was ready. I finally left KFC at 7:13 p.m. I won’t make the mistake of going back there again; that was the longest I’ve ever waited for food, and it wasn’t even hot when I got it. I won’t be returning at all.

The woman who took my order was quite experienced. She worked at the front counter and took orders through the headset. She was friendly and attentive, especially when I needed a drink refill. Unfortunately, her name wasn’t on the receipt, and I didn’t catch it at the moment. Overall, it was a nice experience.

Went there for a quick to go lunch, have not been to a KFC in a couple years due to decline in service and quality. But this location won me back over to the colonel, the service was friendly and fast and the chicken tasted homemade, sides were hot andfresh and the sweet tea was good too. I hope they can stay consistent with this!! If so I will surely give them my business forthe long run ????????

If you don 't get a receipt it is because the people working there are scamming the company. I went for a bucket the other day and they had Mr pull to the front of the store to wait. They forgot about me. There was only two cars behind me and no onewalked into the store. I finally had to go inside and argue. They told me that I didn 't go through the drive through. I 'm like lady, I JUST gave you almost $40. Look at the sales receipt. They didn 't want to even check. The manager was outside smoking, but came in maybe 45 seconds after I came in. Thank you whoever you are, manager. They made sure I got my food. AND theychecked for my receipt. Didn 't exist. Was never entered into the register. They are keeping the money for themselves. So if afood joint doesn 't automatically give you a receipt check into it.
