Jimmy John's - Pensacola

The restaurant has recently changed ownership, and unfortunately, the experience has declined. The prices in-store are higher than what is listed online, which is quite strange. On a positive note, the staff is incredibly friendly. However, since the new ownership took over, they no longer accept American Express for purchases made through the app or online. It seems they make it difficult to spend money, so I've decided to take my business elsewhere.

They were okay when they first opened up. Lately I've had to wait an hour even though we're right around the corner for deliveries. Not sure what happened. Todays episode took over an hour. We bailed way before then and had to get other food. Itried calling multiple times to cancel after the 45 minute mark, but no one answered the phone. Guy shows up I tell him we gaveup and didn't want the food. They refused to give me a refund. I didn't accept any food from them. Had to resort to a chargebackwith my credit card and I hate to do that. What a bad experience all around. This has kind of turned me off Jimmy Johns as awhole. Edit: Received a phone call from the owner. He explained his situation and I truly believe there are factors out of hiscontrol that are limiting deliveries. Owner was a cool guy and made things right by issuing a refund. I hope things turn aroundfor him.

My wife and I became quite ill after eating at this location, so it might be a good idea to check the quality of your food. We’ve never had any issues with Jimmy John's before. After our meal, I urgently needed to use the restroom due to an upset stomach and diarrhea, but an employee occupied the restroom for about 20 minutes, forcing me to leave without relief. To be honest, I would like a refund, as my wife is particularly unwell after this experience.

They don't offer steak and cheese or honey mustard. If that doesn't bother you, the food is good, but after my experience, I personally prefer Subway.

Freaky fast as usual, walked in just after 12 noon and had no wait. Store was very clean and smelled great. We were greeted by the lady at the counter with a very good personality and a smile. Menu was large, easy to read and once we place our order italmost seemed to be ready before we was even done ordering lol freaky fast. As always the sandwiches were perfectly prepared, never light on the meats or toppings. A very good lunch experience, thanks Jimmy Johns.
