Jimmy John's - Pensacola

I ordered the Gargantuan for my first experience with Jimmy John's, and I have to say, I've had larger subs from the cheaper options at Subway. This sub was incredibly thin, and they forgot the turkey and roast beef I requested. I asked for extra vinegar, but either they missed it completely or added so little that I couldn't taste it at all. There was barely any lettuce or tomato on it. I also inquired about black pepper, and they added very little of that as well. Given the name and the praise the place receives, I expected a decent-sized and delicious sub. I was thoroughly disappointed. And before Jimmy John's reaches out asking me to go elsewhere to address my concerns, I won't be doing that. They should take the time to read reviews and handle their own issues. If they can respond to others, they can certainly read feedback like this and take steps to make it right.

The food was good, but the service was at this place sub par.

Went out of the way to get my order just right no oil, just vinegar even though it was unusual.

Jimmy John's is pretty consistent throughout the chain. Their sandwiches are very good. Service may vary.

Too expensive for a sandwich with a little teeny bit of meat.
