Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Second time in two weeks we have gone and service is bad. Didn 't get a drink order in for 15 minutes then had five servers asking about drinks. Very odd. Then finally ordered and my coffee cup sat empty for 20 minutes. Was never offered more cream when I was out either. Food came and I asked for katchup. Later asked again and still never got any. Last visit we asked for extra apple butter and never got any but was charged. We waited over 25 minutes for just the biscuits to come back. While here the table next to us warned us food has been coming out cold. Seems they are under staffed and not closing sections so servers are spread too thin. Will be ordering to go for now.

I had the eggs benedict on a biscuit and I really enjoyed it. Peach tea was delicious unfortunately we were outside and the speaker was right above our table and it was extremely loud. Always a good experience. Oh! I really like the new plates!

We were away for the Memorial Day weekend and stopped in for a bite to eat. The waitress was super nice, service was quick and the food was delicious. I got the chicken pot pie and my wife got the fish. Well worth the stop!

This location is pretty good. Staff was very nice, our server was on point. Order did not take too long. Food was very good. I love how the place looks inside, decorations are great. Restaurant also looks very clean. Not a high end restaurant but definitely deserves the 5 stars.

Not a single thing correct today. I am not going to enumerate, because I 'm having trouble being civil at the moment. Maybe later I 'll have calmed down. Edit: Tried again. Puny portion of turkey, LARGE lumps in the sweet potato casserole . I 'm flabbergasted at the loss of quality here. It used to be a reliable restaurant for decent food. It is no longer. Inconsistency is the root word now. So disappointing. If we ever go back, it 'll be a long time from now.
