Coach-n-four Steakhouse - Pensacola

Eventually, our waitress appeared and asked, "What's the problem?" I couldn't believe it; people who arrived after us had already been served their meals. We asked her about our food, and she said she would check. When she returned, she admitted that it had indeed taken too long and offered to adjust our bill. We didn’t want a discount; we just wanted our food! Then, when the food finally arrived, it was the wrong order. It was a terrible experience, especially since I've been a loyal customer for years. Overall, it was very disappointing.

Had a wonderful experience. Laurie was top of her game and took exceptional care of us! As always, the food was amazing! Highly recommend this restaurant with Laurie in it!!!

Slowest service I've ever experienced. It took 30 minutes after being seated just to get the water I ordered. The cocktails took over an hour. The food was underseasoned and I'm pretty sure that the steaks were made from old work boots. 1* is too high of a rating. The ranch was good.

This was the best steak I've had in a long time! My husband and I shared the 12oz rib-eye, cooked medium+. It was perfect! I chose to have mine with just butter, while the 'hook 'em' sauce added a wonderful sweet, tart, and savory flavor. If we ever find ourselves in Pensacola again, we will definitely return to this restaurant!

This will be my first and last time dining at this restaurant. After waiting over an hour for our food, the waitress accidentally dropped it while bringing it out. The manager decided to remove the food, which was understandable, but then informed us that we would have to wait another hour for it to be cooked again! We received no customer service to make the situation right. I had to ask for compensation for the inconvenience, but even then, the manager was not willing to accommodate us. I will not be returning, and I plan to share my experience with others and leave negative reviews. This was a horrible experience that I won't forget, especially since instead of simply compensating us for the appetizer and drinks, they still expected us to pay $20! I was really looking forward to dining here, and I’m very disappointed.
