Contribuiți la feedbackOrdered at the drive through. The To Go sandwich and fruit salad were served in a styrofoam tray that I took home. The fruit had fallen out of its compartment, but was fresh and bite sized. I looked forward to the Cranberry Kelli but got Fancy Nancy. Despite this the sandwich was great. I was offered lettuce tomato and said yes, but was not on the sandwich. I think I must have gotten someone else’s order. I’ve been to this location for dine in and drive through before and will continue to go because the food is always great.
I’ve eaten at many chicken salad chick locations, from Tampa to Memphis. The Pensacola location is by far the worst one I’ve been to. Their recipes always taste like they’ve deviated from what Chicken Salad Chick Corporate intends them to be. Other locations taste DEVINE! Multiple times I’ve had broccoli salad made with old broccoli, or jalapeño Holly with pounds of salt in it. You can definitely tell when employees put thought and care into making food. Unfortunately, that is not the case here.
Going downhill! The cashier with the cross earring looked at me then continue to look down on his phone. Ignoring me until I had to say are you ready to take my order? . He was short with me with an I don 't care attitude. Suddenly just bout everything we wanted was not available. So we decided to just leave and eat somewhere else. When this place first opened customer service was amazing. Too many restaurants to here, to deal with customer service like this!
Chicken salad is delicious but don't order fruit on the side. Whoever is in the kitchen doesn't know what rotten fruit looks like. They served it.

Unfortunately, this is not the case.
