Delicious food! Generous portions! Fantastic prices!

I was driving by with the windows down when the delicious aromas caught my attention, prompting me to make a U-turn to discover their source. The BBQ nachos, ribs, grits, and greens were unforgettable. I'm definitely going back tomorrow!

The price listed on the website was different from what I was charged when I received my meal. The website advertised a brisket meal for $10.49, but I ended up paying $14.99. However, the food was good!

I have the big combo: pulled pork, 1/4 huh, ripen and brisket with two sides. I also have an appetizer from Texas fries. I will say that the value they get is almost unbeatable. $20 for the amount of food that comes with the combo is excellent. here is my assessment of bbq. pork: simply the stallout. I'd give him a 7/10 until it's gone. great taste also, although I like that my dick has a little warmth, and that didn't have any. the skin was black charred, which is good, but the flesh itself was obviously well overcooked. easy to do with huh on a smoker. I would give him 5/10 for smoked chicken. bands: overcooked and dry. also here I like pork with a hauch of heat and there was zero. a decent taste. straps should have a steak-like bite and only need a light train to pick up the meat. that was a case-off, what some people like, but it's a sign of overcooking. 6/10 for ripening. brisket: it was ok. pretty lean and not excessively fat as brisket is sometimes. two discs and a few chopped brisket. good taste. the chopped was slightly dry, which is why it was chopped. 6/10 for brisket. page: holy maul. the mac and the cheese were not good. pasta was mush as if he had been sitting all day. zero taste and very bland. I took two bites and was not done. the greens were also slandered. it tasted as if they were just cooked. wild. no ham or speck in them. overall, I wouldn't come back here. the greatest part of this place is worth it. $20 went a long way for the plate. if they simply enjoy bbq, they will probably be satisfied by this place. if you love bbq, you should go somewhere else.

We absolutely love Bruder's Grill! The staff is always friendly, and the food is fantastic! I always order the pulled pork, and it's incredibly delicious! I’m also a big fan of their BBQ sauce, Alabama egg rolls, corn nuggets, mac and cheese, and baked beans! We always take our family there when they visit the city. Whenever they’re seeking amazing BBQ in Pensacola, they know to head straight to Bruder’s!
