Jack Little - Penrith

This cafe offers a wide range of options, from sweet to savory, and even accommodates low-carb diets. It's conveniently located inside Westfields. The desserts are fantastic, and the food is excellent as well. I’m always eager to return for another visit.

The only reason we didn't give this upbeat spot a full five stars is because of the waitstaff. We initially thought we needed to place our orders at the counter, and the staff always seemed overwhelmed when taking or delivering orders. Unfortunately, our coffees were spilled either while being brought to our table or when placed down in front of us. Despite the service issues, we enjoyed our tasty food and drinks so much that we will definitely be returning. We hope to see improved service on our next visit, or perhaps a change in staff.

I ordered a cheesecake and forgot to mention that we were sharing it. It came with two forks, which I thought was great service. I ended up putting a $20 tip in the jar because the staff really deserves a raise to keep them on the team.

Came here because no moves were in penrith, so I'm waiting for one. it was a pleasant experience. the muffin was good and the milkshake, while not the best, was pretty good. I enjoyed my time here and would recommend this caffe.
