Small cafi and shop. Serves a veg menu until 11am and afterwards a brunch and lunch one. Really wonderful choices for everyone to enjoy. Food can be veganised and all staff are super helpful and understanding of what you want. Offering all the milks for coffees Plenty of parking at the front and a nice outdoor area to sit when weather is good. This is a little gem of a cafi, it really will surprise you what they have on offer here

We stopped here for coffee, but didn't know it was so good. a great lunch break before visiting the gkaslyn ospreys.

There's plenty on offer for vegans as well as veggies but Y Garreg is set up to serve the community so serves meat dishes also. Personally this isn't an issue. The Scrambled Tofu on Toast is delicious, fresh bread baked in the back. The guys love and know good coffee, so the oat milk cappuccinos are very, very good. If you eat dairy the HLT (halloumi, lettuce and tomato) is delicious.

We had a lovely lunch here in August, the cafe is light and airy and the staff are lovely. We discovered this cafe by accident and so glad we did! I had the scrambled turkish style tofu with sourdough and it was delicious! So nice to have a place like this in an area where there isnt many vegan options!

Such a lovely cafe. The space is really light and welcoming. The oat flat white was the best I have ever had (and so cheap! . The vegan brunch option was a Turkish tofu scramble and it was delicious. The staff were amazing and we felt really comfortable there. I will definitely return when I'm next in the area.
