Applebee's - Pennsville

I went to the restaurant and got the all-you-can-eat deal for $14.99. I ordered the boneless wings and when I finished, I asked for a refill of wings and fries. However, they only brought me 5 tiny boneless wings without any fries. I had to order a third time and specifically request fries. The menu clearly states that it includes unlimited fries and chicken. It also took about 8 minutes to receive the refill, which is understandable, but waiting 8 minutes for just 5 wings is excessive. Applebee's, please be more generous with your portions.

The food is delicious, but the service is slow. It may not be the best option if you have a limited lunch break.

Ordered 4 cheese Mac n honey pepper chicken tenders. And literally was given unsalted noodles and chicken tenders. I've never been speechless before. But I'm mind blown at how careless and lazy this is. There's no bacon, and I didn't even get one cheese let alone 4. I'm just blown away. If you can't do your job, quit.

Make sure you check your orders before you leave the Car Side To Go. We were missing items. People just can't do their job!!!!!

Food was average--I had the riblets. When I asked for some dipping sauce, the hostess acted as if I was putting her out by asking. When I asked our waiter for more napkins, prior to our meals, he brought me two. For ribs.The kicker, though, was that our waiter never asked us if we needed anything. As soon he left our table, he was on his phone. We only received or requested items after he had passed by our table. He never even stopped by our table while we were eating, to see if everything was okay or not.I'm sorry to say that because of the poor service, and poor attitude, our waiter received about a $2.50 tip from each of us, for about a $20 meal.
