Villa Francesco's - PENNINGTON

I was really disappointed with my experience. The waitress was disrespectful and told our group that if we were unhappy, she would get the owner. A man from the kitchen came out and introduced himself as the owner, but he was equally disrespectful. We tried to express our dissatisfaction regarding the service, but he told us to "never come back" simply because we mentioned our unhappiness with the blonde waitress. I've never encountered such a lack of respect in any restaurant before. Service: Dine-in.

The food is good, but I wouldn’t recommend making a reservation here. I booked a table weeks in advance for a gathering, but just one day before the event, I was informed that my reservation had been entered for a time when they are closed. To make matters worse, my phone number had been scratched off, so they couldn’t reach out to reschedule. Now I have to contact all my guests to let them know. I definitely won’t be coming back again.

The gentleman behind the counter was warm and friendly. We chose a window seat and received counter service. We started with some Pana water from the fridge, and the counter staff kindly provided us with lemons and a cup of ice. I ordered a cheesesteak panini, which was delicious and generously filled with meat and cheese. My dining partner opted for a chicken wrap with sun-dried tomatoes and cheese, which he thoroughly enjoyed. I'm someone who feels compelled to speak up about both good and bad experiences. I mentioned our encounter with the hostess to the counter staff, who explained that she had only recently arrived in the US, which he suggested accounted for her lack of warmth. However, he wasn't very forgiving about it. The food was quite good, which is why I rated it three stars instead of one. Nevertheless, given our experience, I doubt we will return.

The ravioli was good, but Wildflowers still takes the lead.
