Dunkin' - Penn Hills

Horrible, ordered an everything bagel with bacon and cream cheese, got a smear of cream cheese and a slice of bacon.....Food: 2/5

I am a frequent customer at this location and everyone is always nice and usually everything is correct. One thing I dislike is when ordering a toasted bagel with cream cheese they put the cream cheese separate on the side and not on the bagel this is really disapointing because most people are driving I cannot drive and put cream cheese on a bagel I want it on it. Lol I am a nice person and not typically a Karen but it makes me want to side in the drive thru and block it to take my time and slowly put cream cheese on my bagel since time was cut to just quickly cut corners and throw a cream cheese cup in the bag.

The service here is iffy. The food is just okay. They say they have an item when you get to the window you find out they don't.

They put sprinkles on one of the donuts that they shouldn't have, and there was a short hair in the croissant, and the cheese was not melted. My granddaughter didn't want me to say anything about the hair, and she just took off the cheese and ate the croissant. We didn't see the donuts until we got home. The drinks were awesome. Other than that, the service was awesome.

LOVE THIS PLACE. The staff at this location are especially friendly
