We tried a savory pastry and a rice paper roll, paired with a vegan iced coffee made with oat milk. Everything was delicious, and the selection of sweets looked fantastic too!

Located in the Driftwood Centre in the heart of North Pender Island, this establishment offers a delightful selection of bread, coffee, sandwiches, salad rolls, savory pastries (which can be heated for you), pies, and sweet baked goods. All the breads are vegan, and they also feature a variety of other vegan options, including Jamaican patties, sausage rolls, sandwiches, iced carrot cake cupcakes, peach crumble, and chocolate squares. I tried five different vegan items, and they were all delicious—just a heads-up, the Jamaican patty packs quite a spicy punch! The only downside is the use of plastic takeaway containers.
