Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Went here yesterday and was very disappointed. Our total was $32 and I had a $50 bill they refused to take it. This was annoying but was upset me was the attitude of the cashier. Very rude and unapologetic about the situation. Tropical Smoothie was my very first job at 16 so I know the “Tropitude” expectation and they did not meet it. Also a BOH worker had an AirPod in which in my experience is a write up. All in all not very impressed by the staff at this location.

The one takes orders was really nice, the girl who made my flat bread had an attitude problem, she wiped her nose with her bare hands while making my flatbread, added bacon to my chicken pesto, and didn’t give me my

Gotta say, this is my least favorite location. I hardly ever go here but by chance we were at the loop and I wanted a smoothie. The smoothie was watered down and not full. Every other location fills the cup to the brim. Well worth the $8, but not here. Each time I order here it's never full to the top.

Wilted berries? Would you eat them? No. Please use fresh fruit. These look like they were in the back of a fridge and forgot about.

Every single time I order from this location, my order is wrong. I decided to give it one more chance today. Not only did they forget two items from my order but I couldn't even eat the quesadilla. It was just melted cheese and pineapples. If I wanted that kind of quesadilla, that's what I would have ordered. Never again will I order from this location.
