Romano's Macaroni Grill

I hadn’t been to a Romanos in years. I can see why most of them are closed around the country. This one had six people inside at 1 PM on a Sunday. I purchased chicken scallopine. I tried the lasagna bites. Nothing impressed me the chicken scallopine tasted, like it was not fresh and it was also not tender. definitely do not get the Italian soda , It’s nothing but tonic water, no flavor. When mentioned to the waitress, she said she’s heard that. So apparently I’m not the only one.

The food was delicious! A little bit spicer than I expected, compared with years ago. Since is an Italian food!

Very disappointed! Definitely not the quality of food that they used to serve. Server not attentive!

Food was good. Prices on drinks and beers are high. Service was really good.

First time visiting and dining at Romano's, and I'd have to say their food, services, and overall vibe of this place is amazing. I couldn't have anything to say about reservations and getting seated, due to meeting my friend and their family there, but I could say that we got seated with them very quickly! We told them that we were meeting people, and they let us right in. As for the service, a waitress immediately came up to us and chatted a little, checking up on us while we thought of what to get frequently. Our food came almost right after we ordered, and there was bread with oil as soon as we arrived. The food was amazing, I ordered the Truffle Mac n' Cheese, although it was very good, the portion size may have been a bit small for someone who was looking for a bigger dinner. Our waitress also offered parmesan cheese on our meals as she brought them to us. The overall atmosphere of the joint was very calm and sophisticated, making for a good time with my buddies. I've seen a few reviews about the music being too loud, but for my visit this wasn't the case. One other thing that I noticed was that the table we sat at, was uneven and had almost a ledge between two tables pushed together. Red wine was spilt from the ledge, but it wasnt a major issue. The waitress came to us right away and assisted in cleaning up the spill. The tablecloth they used is made of paper, so if you want to do a bit of doodling while waiting for your meal, the crayons they provide you with are a great pass-time. For my first visit here, this was a very pleasant experience. If you want to have a calm dinner with polite servers, a pleasing atmosphere, and great italian dishes and drinks, this is definitely the place.
