It is disappointing to find yourself short staffed. The service cart was closed and the bathrooms were also closed???, However, despite these inconveniences, the quality of the products and the environment compensated for these deficiencies. I hope that in the future, Krispy Kreme can improve its customer service and ensure a more satisfying experience for all visitors.
Yesterday I order online already, I don’t know why I don’t receive messages in the email, I am so confused, Daisy is really nice person, she is so patient to solve the problem, I am so happy. I will order again.
I don’t have a Krispy Kreme where I live, so I decided to stop by to get some donuts. The Kit Kat one was really good.
Just left the drive thru. Told the lady taking our order that we had two separate orders. She said if we have more than one order we have to come inside. Which I never heard of before and is absolutely ridiculous. I said that’s fine we’ll just do one big order. After I said that she puts us on hold for 40 minutes and I’m not exaggerating either. After placing the order finally. We go to the window to pay we ask her to repeat our order she had an attitude about that. We finally get the food that was cold and had to send it back ask for it fresh. Please find people that actually like their job.
