Dunkin' - Pence Avenue, Osceola

One of your employees threaten to punch my car cause I’m backing up and don’t see her and starts running her mouth then I go in to tell your manager and she wants to defend your employee which is typical. This is why they work at Dunkin’ Donuts. They have no real education or intelligence, get your stuff together get them professional will never return here. I pay five dollars every day for a coffee including the tip every single day. I will now take my business elsewhere and put this all over the Internet about how ghetto your employees are.

Giving a shout out to the crew (and Brandy) for this mornings breakfast! Y’all were super busy and had some rude people but you still got everything out quick and with good attitudes. The 10am crew did amazing!

The staff management are terrible! “ Brandy “ the manager refused to give me an easy time ! ’ her employee told me to circle around the line after I ordered my food and paid for it when there was 4 cars behind me !! Wanted me to go back in line for what ?! absolutely worst dunkin I’ve ever been too !

The staff here is very unprofessional as they toss the food around in front of the customers as if they were throwing treats to a dog. They are bickering and arguing with each other in front of customers. Management or ownership needs to do something about this situation.

Faith had extremely horrible customer service and overall bad mood.
