Went to this place for a second time for a friends party I had no choice ... I ordered a prego no prato what is a bife steak rice salad chips it was served cold there was no bife steak I was served a pork steak outrageous ... there is nothing else I can say about this place I will never return ...

Awful place ... I had francesinha was one of the worst I ever tasted it was cold when served and the bread was also few days old I believe ...

Right, don’t even know where to start... Phoned the branch in Lousada , where I’m from, and asked for a takeaway for delivery. The gentlemen that had answered the phone was from start to finish, very very disrespectful. This was after I asked if deliverey was available on that day which it normally is). After this the same guy hang up on my face, so I rang again, and asked the same question to which I was answered ‘we are not machines’ in a very disrespectful way. I do love the pizzas in this place, but the man who answered the phone should know a bit better about costumer service... anyway awful experience, will not return again. Ps: take better care of your costumers please. It’s not all about the food guys.
