Thyme British Grill (premier Inn)

I love this restaurant for their excellent breakfast options while staying at the hotel. Their evening menu is also very good and they are in a great central location.

I dined at Thyme Bar and Restaurant located at the Premier Inn in Southampton Central West Quay. I enjoyed a meal deal that included a 2-course dinner and drink in the evening, as well as breakfast the next morning, all for the fantastic price of £24.99. You also have the option to add an additional course for dinner for just £2 extra. Overall, it was great value for the money.

As former hotel servers, my partner and I were extremely impressed with the level of care and attention that our family received during our stay at your restaurant, particularly during meal times. We want to extend our praise, respect, and gratitude to the team that worked on Sunday night, handling a packed restaurant with limited staff. We were amazed by your efficiency and teamwork, and how you managed to keep smiling and providing excellent service despite a busy and challenging evening. We also appreciate the opportunity to relax at our table while one of us tended to our child's bedtime routine. Special thanks to Leah W, who went above and beyond in taking our complicated order, accommodating dietary restrictions, and maintaining a positive attitude throughout. The chef also deserves recognition for serving our son's beans cold and our daughter's wheat-free meal hot, as well as preparing specific desserts and being understanding of our autistic child's movements in the restaurant. Thank you to the entire team for your hard work and dedication. We truly value the high level of service you provided and thoroughly enjoyed our evening. We also want to thank Saturday's team for their efforts during breakfast, including making gluten-free toast that our picky eater enjoyed. We look forward to our next visit. Very good restaurant very good munu range and a limited bar,, very clean with friendly staff in a great location

Wanted early breakfast prior to leaving for home journey. Did not want full English just coffee and toast. Staff suggested we share a continental...which we did. Coffee and tea were good. Toast was hot and selection of conserves available. Staff friendly, restaurant clean.
