Contribuiți la feedbackYesterday was our 3 4th visit to this small but fantastic ice cream kiosk. Every time it’s been fantastic. Not only are the ice creams interesting, varied and incredibly delicious, but the service is always genuinely friendly and heartwarming…not something you see regularly enough unfortunately. We visited as a family of 3 with our two dogs and between us we tasted the chocolate (rich and silky smooth , the hazelnut (creamy and delicious and the roasted almond (doesn’t taste like marzipan, but rather has a lovely nutty naturally sweet flavour . The texture of their ice cream is always very appealing. Rather than other ice creams that are poor quality and are over firm/crystallised, these ice creams have a very moreish, slightly soft texture but don’t melt instantly either I’m not sure how you manage that, but well done! Our pups were treated to a dog friendly cone by the lovely owner too which they devoured in seconds. I can’t remember the exact cost, but it was somewhere in the region of £12 for 2 double cones and a single which to me was well worth the money for the portion you get and the quality of the product…especially when you compare it to what you pay elsewhere in the county for a much lower quality ice cream at pretty much the same price. To the lovely ladies who served us on 20th August, thank you.! And the dog park (Bush Farm we took the boys to was a great little find so would recommend to you with your dog :
Really delicious ice cream and such a good portion too. Can highly recommend anyone coming here. Very nice young lady served us as well.
I had had the Hive honey ice cream before in Aberaeron, but this tasted really weird and not very pleasant. I had coconut flavour.
The best ice cream around these parts. I was a bit wary of honey ice cream but after trying it, it's amazing. The flavours are amazing and the portions are huge! Staff are really friendly and helpful. It's not on the sea front so can be missed by a lot of people, which is a shame as it's a fantastic place. It is cash only and the opening hours are limited
We have visited this little ice cream parlour many times now on different holidays, it’s still fabulous. The various flavours really taste good the lady in the shop is so helpful chatty. We have tried many flavours but always go back to the coffee, chocolate salted caramel. We visit their other shop in Aberaeron often this is just as good, with the only exception of not having the soft serve honey ice cream machine yet! It is cash only as stated in previous reviews.
