Cardigan Bay Brownies - Pembrokeshire

I discovered a fantastic spot on Cardigan high street with a wide selection of delicious cakes. The establishment is impeccably clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The brownies are absolutely delicious and a must-try!

Incredibly tasty! The cakes, treats, and fresh bread were amazing. My wife couldn't get enough of their welsh cakes and needed to have them every day during our vacation. We will definitely be returning in 2024 and hope that everything stays the same.

Thank you Nerys for the most beautiful fresh Raspberry Vanilla sponge birthday cake for my 95 year old MIL. It was beautiful to look at, smelt amazing and was absolutely delicious! I cannot thank you enough for making this such a special occasion. And for the GF member of the party the GF Chocolate Orange brownies and Orange and Almond Polenta cake went down a treat, great to be able to meet everyone’s needs! Thankfully I had a huge piece of Cake which was heavenly!!

There is a wide selection of brownies and cakes to choose from at this restaurant. The Turkish delight brownie is particularly impressive and we now bring boxes of them to our business meetings as a taste of Cardigan Bay. The staff always serve with a smile and you can even see the kitchen from the shop, which is as clean and organized as an operating theater for food.

We ordered a brownie slab with message for our daughters birthday cake this year as she is a big brownie fan.lt was fantastic,we ordered from the website and they messaged us straight back to double check which day to deliver so it arrived on her birthday,when it came it was beautifully wrapped and so delicious,my daughter said it was the best brownie she'd ever had!
