Pembroke Big Stop

I stopped by the restaurant 15 minutes before closing to get some takeout. I had never asked for anything before, but when I requested a dessert, I was told no. I was disappointed by the refusal, especially since I have seen others wait in the drive-thru line outside in the cold for almost 2 years. It would have been nice for them to show some appreciation for those who still want to eat something. The service at the Pembroke Irving restaurant was very bad. Next time, I won't bother stopping to buy fuel and pay for a shower. The staff at the gas station even seemed annoyed by the restaurant's refusal to provide service.

This was our first time dining here and we were not disappointed. The menu had great options, the food was excellent, and the service was great. They also offered a children's menu at a very reasonable price.

I have never had a bad meal or bad service at this restaurant. The staff is attentive but not overly intrusive. The food is delicious, with generous portions served hot.

The showers are excellent, and the staff is fantastic. However, the truck pumps could use an upgrade. The banana bread is delicious!

The food was decent, with diner-sized portions that weren't as large as what you might find at a truck stop. Nothing stood out as remarkable. The service was good, albeit slow, likely due to how busy it was and the need for more staff. However, our server was very friendly. Prices were on the higher side, with many breakfast items costing between $13 and $16. Overall, I would consider it to be pretty average.
