Harvey's - Pembroke

I have never in my life dealt with such rude cx service! I work for a phone company and do customer service myself! I went to order my food and asked if they still had the buffalo chicken, doesn’t answer my question and says are you drinking Pepsi with that like pardon?What happened to my question that you just skipped over? Also she was nothing but snotty through the whole order I get it sucks to work on New Year’s Eve but don’t come in to be rude to customers! I didn’t book you to work Harvey’s did! I will never again eat here every time me and my husband go this is what happens don’t recommend. I have also worked here and got nothing but bullied! My supervisor was yelling at me so bad that a customer came to yell at my supervisor explaining the debit machines that were working arnt my fault and was yelling at me in rush our lunch in front of all my customers! If you want to be treated right go to Petawawa it may be a drive but better then going to this place!

I’ve always loved Harvey’s but last nights order from the Pembroke location tasted like someone had dumped salt on my husbands burger, like the lid had fallen off and someone had tried to scrape it off. Really disappointing.

Gross. Watching the staff right now go back and forth between touching the pos in the front and going to the back to make sandwiches with no gloves and no handwashing in between. Lots of slow students barely moving, so many staff with no orders yet it takes forever to get a single item. Wouldn't come back for free.

Excellent traditional diner.We asked directions and recommendions from a local lady who was working in a shop at the other end of town with the parameters that we were looking for somewhere to eat that was a few levels above McDonald's and around $20 head and were duly directed toHarvey's...Good call!Great food and cheerful, speedy service.Got the chicken burgers and French frys and got the rack of ribs and fries...Hit the spot before moving on.

Came through the drive through at 10:21. Got a jr cheesburger and a crispy chicken. Received at 10:31, with zero problems. Food was excellent, and my reasoning for leaving this; this lady did not seem even remotely phased by us coming so late. I’m genuinely impressed. You may not be in the forces ma’am but thank you for your service!
