Papa John's Pizza - Pembroke Pines

The delivery driver knocked very softly on our front door, completely ignored the prominent doorbell, looked through our front window, saw that no one was paying attention, and just left the pizza on the bench. He didn’t update the app to indicate that the pizza had been delivered. Each time I checked, it said the pizza would arrive in 3 to 9 minutes. I only discovered he had been there after reviewing our Ring camera footage. When I called to complain, the manager blamed us for not hearing the soft knock. We won't be returning as customers after this experience.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered two pizzas, and one of the garlic sauce containers was open, causing it to spill all over my new car. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

This was the worst pizza and service I ever had pizza was not fully cooked they never cut it and it was ice cold very disappointed it was a large veggie pizza

I ordered a pizza, and the delivery person never arrived. When I called back after two hours, I was informed that they had tried to call me back. I will never order from this terrible place again. On top of that, the manager was really rude and told me that my order had been canceled.

Pizza is always fresh and customer service is great. Had a few mishaps when they got my order wrong but they always re-make the pizza so I can?t be too upset. I even got free pizza because of it. Overall highly recommend
