Jollibee - Pembroke Pines

Finally a Jollibees Location in South Florida! The new location is very spacious will tons of seating. The staff is also very friendly and helpful when ordering. The wait time can be a little long when they are busy, I’ve waited about an hour for my food during the lunch rush. It’s not the best Fried Chicken I’ve had, but for a fast food chain it definitely up there. The chicken is always fried fresh and crispy and I would definitely stay away from the Spicy ones if you can’t handle your spice.

The spice 6 pieces of chicken come in a little bucket with a side if brown gravy, it was crispy on the outside and so juice inside just with enough hint of heat (chili) from the spices for desert I try the Mango, Peach pie very nice.Now the service very efficient taking your order but the pickup area is complete chaos some girls just walk clueless of what's happening, if you guys improved your pickup area you'll have 5 stars

Recently moved to this area in March of this year, had been waiting patiently to FINALLY try this and was NOT disappointed. My bf and I have ordered from here 3 times already with zero disappointment with any of our orders. Though I have to add we are smart enough to order ahead online because the lines are very long! Chicken is always freshly hot and juicy. The gravy is outstanding with everything, including they savory mashed potatoes. The spaghetti is sweet but that’s to expect with filipino style cooking. My bf also really enjoys the hamburger steak! So happy to claim this as on of our favorite spots.

The food at this restaurant is amazing, whether it's fresh or reheated. I appreciate that reheating the tenders doesn't make them greasy. It's a fun dining experience. If you don't enjoy slightly sweetened spaghetti, you may not enjoy it here, but everything on the menu works well together. I recommend ordering the chicken spicy, as it has a nice kick to it. The peach mango pies are delicious, but be careful as they are very hot and can burn you if not allowed to cool. The crunch on the breaded chicken is outstanding. If you're looking for a unique and enjoyable fast food option, give this place a try.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! I was thrilled to discover a local Jollibee after being stationed overseas in the military years ago. The staff was friendly and helpful, guiding me through the menu and suggesting dishes to try. The spicy chicken was crispy and fresh, paired with a gravy that reminded me of KFC's. The cake resembled McDonald's apple pie but had a unique batter and filling. The juice was refreshing and not too sweet, a perfect choice for Florida's climate. The rice noodle dish was a standout, with a special touch of hard-boiled eggs that added a smooth texture. The crispy chicken sandwich was exceptional, unlike any other fast food chicken sandwich. I highly recommend stopping by and supporting this restaurant – you won't be disappointed!
