Colada Cuban Cafe Fort Lauderdale

Croquetas suck, obviously not house made, very pasty. Orange juice isn’t fresh, tastes like Sunny D

I have been looking for a place for so long for some good Spanish food and I have find the right place it's very clean food is amazing located in a nice place I'm a fan forever don't walk run ?? here A$

Ordering here is a jokeYou get nothing you asked for done correctly, sauces missing, substitutions done incorrectly or just ignored all the while you have to pay extra for these mistakes and they offer no compensation. We try to go here in the weekends as a last resort for food, and every time we do its a disappointment. We just left there today, ordered a churasco sandwich which, they left the cheese off, didnt give the chimicurri sauce, we ordered french toast and got 2 tiny pieces of bread...the ham we asked instead of bacon is non existent. The food is cold, this isnt the first time we had this oIssue either. The cashier said its not on them to check the food, it's up to the cooks...this establishment needs reformatting if they want to continue operating. It's a waste of money and time to go here as it stand in our honest opinion. Go to a mom and pop bakery rather than colada...over priced and no where near worth the hype. Their colada is also very weak and has no flavor...just to top it off... 1/10 recommend.

Not bad for being a step away from the traditional Cuban style restaurants. My wife enjoys this place for it being exactly that. It’s a modern twist. I have the Breakfast Croissant which was very tasty. Had too much egg for the ham and cheese that’s in it. I couldn’t taste the ham, almost. I took some out. The Cafe con Leche was a little let down. I think they didn’t understand when I said, “oscuro con la azúcar del café”. Too chic for my taste and a bit pricey. For me…..I’ll keep Vickey Bakery. But that’s me. Doesn’t mean the place isn’t good. I would recommend it for someone like my wife. If your expecting a La Carreta or Vicky experience, you will be let down.

It was a nice little place the service was good and fast also the place looked clean and the employees were nice too! I would like to go back and try different items on the menu!
