Chili's Grill - Pembroke Pines

The place was not overcrowded so that our group could be removed properly. friendly, confident staff. great teamwork; our waitress had not even finished the drink order and how magie was right there. the eating was delicious (as always.) server and workers were wonderful. a lot of service.

Our waitress was great! She was new, but the girl that seated us was rude, like we were bothering her by coming in.. its called customer service, that is why chili's is open you have a job. I have been coming to this location for years.

I came here for dinner with my friends. The restaurant had us wait even though there were empty tables. I understand with the restaurant being short staffed and having to wait was no problem. Where we sitting the service was very slow. We ordered two salads and a burger and it took a while for our order to come out. The other customers who were in our section got their food before us. My friend's parents sat in a different section, and they were finished before we received our order. They did apologize for the delay. We hope to be able to give Chili's another chance again and have a much better experience then this evening

The food was okay that day. They was missing some items that went along with what I ordered. And when I told my waitress it wasn't okay, she got mad. So I asked to speak to the manager, and she came over with the same attitude as the waitress. But she got put in her place instantly!
