Chick-fil-a - Pembroke Pines

I just received a Cobb salad with raw chicken. The chicken was cold, tough, and so undercooked that I couldn't even bite through it. This is a serious health hazard. I've never encountered undercooked food at Chick-fil-A before. I have to say, this is the worst location in the country. Food rating: 1/5.

I strongly advise against ordering from this location! I recently did curbside pickup from this restaurant (and I wish I had chosen another Chick-fil-A). This was the worst experience I've ever had! I never received my food curbside, so after waiting for 40 minutes and calling the restaurant four times without a response, I finally went inside to pick it up. A very rude lady informed me that she had tried to call me from her personal number. When I asked if my food was cold, she laughed and replied, "Well, it probably is cold." She didn't offer to reheat my food or even say sorry for the mix-up; she just laughed and confirmed that my food was cold. I left without eating anything, feeling extremely disappointed.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was poor quality; the chicken had sand in it, and the small salad didn’t have any chicken while the large one did. It felt like they were just trying to take our money, and when we asked questions, the staff was unhelpful and rude. I usually love Chick-fil-A, but this location in Pembroke Mall was a letdown. I won’t be returning.
