Charleys Cheesesteaks - Pembroke Pines

First off it was a bunch young teenagers working yelling at each other , they were using the same gloves with everything they touched!!! Not customer friendly at all . The young teens needs to be trained properly. If I were a mistery shopper everyone would have failed . They had no lettuce just smh !!! They need to retrain everyone there !! Now I see why chic Fila will always win ? with customer service I see why they do they have a different training process !!!

I hate to complain but Pembroke Pines location is atrocious!!! I would rate it a 0 star if I could! There were crumbs and oil marks everywhere the glass window was so dirty it looks like it’s never been cleaned. This is the only place in the whole food court that looks like this, I’m surprised they even passed there health inspection because this looks like Roach Central ?

Best subs in town hands down. Been to several other sub shops. They don't stand a chance.

This fat white guy needs to be fired i caught him eating food straight from the grill but the food was amazing lovely staff 10/10

I have been going to the location in Pembroke Lakes mall for years with no complaints. But recently I have noticed that the wait time can get long on a Saturday because the person taking the orders have to stop an d deal with persons coming to pick-ups. There are 3 workers on the cookline, and someone in the back why can't someone assist the person at the register when there are orders being picked up?
