Burger King - Pembroke Pines

I live nearby and frequent this restaurant every week. I've had a couple of less-than-great experiences, but the food is generally served hot and fresh when I order. The customer service is always excellent during my visits.

During my last visit, the food was quite disappointing. I truly felt for my kids. We ordered chicken tenders, and they were extremely tough; the fries were stale as well. The Whopper was unappetizing. My children refuse to eat there now; whenever I suggest getting Burger King, their response is always a resounding "No!" It's disheartening to see a place that needs improvement to avoid following the fate of another location that closed just 12 minutes away. Unfortunately, poor management and subpar food service could lead to more closures. I'm sorry to say, Burger King, I used to love you, but now I’ll be looking elsewhere for a burger.
