Taco Bell - Pembroke

Didn?t get half of our order but paid for it. Tacos we got had at best 2tbs of meat in them. By the time we figured it out and came back the line was outrageous and the inside was locked. Would love a refund.

Dining room was closed for some reason? Not limited to this location, but for some reason I NEVER get hot sauce packets

I went to the drive-thru for a late lunch and ordered the 5-layer burrito. The burrito had a good amount of filling, but it was all in the middle, making it difficult to take a bite of the end while wrapped. I had to use a fork, which I didn't have at the time. Next time, I will remember to ask for one. The flavor was bland, but I assumed that was because of the ingredients. I added some spicy sauce to give it more flavor. Overall, the drive-thru was efficient and the staff was friendly. The store area looked clean.

I was just outside of Taco Bell and called to ask if they were open. They said yes, so I drove through the drive-thru. However, when I arrived, they told me they were actually closed. The employees working here were rude.

I recently visited this Taco Bell and it was the best quality I have had in a while. I am very happy right now.
