My family and I have eaten at this local establishment since the first week it opened. I have always had extremely excellent customer service from the girls that take the orders and deliver the orders. I don't think we have ever had a bad experience.

The rice is really good and I love the shrimp sauce aka white sauce. The service is fine, I'm not sure what else a person expects from counter service. You order your food, pay for your food, they hand you your food. Mikoto EXPRESS, as in quick. Also, How is this expensive for Japanese food??? Go to any hibachi grill and you'll pay 20+ for the same food. You'd pay the same for a Hibachi bowl that you'd pay for a meal at McDonalds.

It is good food but it really a good thing to take home. They have a drive thru

Service is terrible from the girls that take the order to the manager!!!! I am a local and My family use to eat there twice a week and I have personally watch the service change. The manager had gotten very cocky and seems to act like the people need him. He has forgotten that we the locals helped build that business but after my experience tonight at the drive through me and my family will never return!!!!!!
