Contribuiți la feedbackI have been ordering pizza delivery from Pembroke domino's since it opened and in the last month they have informed me they no longer deliver out here but yet I see them delivering farther down the road.
Domino's pizza was absolutely delicious. Hot, fresh and punctual. Great job staff!!!

Order for 2 pizzas. Paid for it on the website and got a call approx. 15 minutes after order and was told that she could not take my order because she no longer ordered after 6:00. Then the nerve also had to tell me that it would take 7 to 10 days my money back.. I would never have placed my order if they had told me that on the website. To top that the girl who called me acted as if it weren't a big deal. It wasn't her money so she didn't care. Be very careful when you are dealing with these people.
If there was a rating for 0, I would definitely choose it.This is one of the most unprofessional ran restaurants and its sad that the store manager would shame Domino's like this.On Friday April 6, 2018 my daughter placed an order in which they charged my credit card and never delivered the food until closing.The driver showed up with cold and under cooked pizza and the rest of the order was missing.After the order had been placed my daughter called the store as it was getting later and later to speak with a person that identified themselves as a manager when asked to speak with someone of management,later found out it was not.Next morning she proceeded to contact the store again in which her call was disconnected several times, One in which I witnessed.I then conference called the store personally and spoke with Donovan Price said to be manager on duty at the time that placed blame and excuses about him being the only person working, on Friday as well as a reason why my daughter got disconnected calls,did not get her food or service and a fraudulent charge on my credit card. After placed on 3 more holds in which Donovan proceeded to get on the phone and call his manager to correct the issue, then told us that his manager would return our call in 30 minutes as she was coming to the store to correct the issue.Said manager Kendra after 45 mins made contact with my daughter to argue and place blame on my daughter because she was a college student, and for giving a wrong address,in which being that my daughter was a loyal customer and had the correct address on file,(witnessed myself because of call in orders made for my daughter on her behalf for delivery and correct address was in the system.)The staff was in fault for that error.After the sarcasm from Kendra and refusal to refund the funds back immediately to my credit card, said then to take 15 business days for a refund of $14.82, the solution from this manager was for my daughter(a college student with no vehicle)come to the store to be issued a cash refund, and proceeded to protect her negligent delivery drivers by saying that she would not send her driver because of how college girls would accuse her drivers of striking them and trying to force their way into the apartment and she has to respect her drivers personal space and not put them in that type of situation.Certainly it would be an added unprofessional experience for her to suggest this,but at the same time if things like this has occurred with your driver,who"s to say it hasn't indeed happened to these college girls, and what actions have they taken with this to make sure its not?This manager basically placed the blame on the college female girls which was totally absurd.The result to this catastrophe, my daughter asked a friend to give her a ride to the store to get her refund, in which she should not have to endured all of this just to get a refund.What has happened to customer service,integrity and how you treat people goes a long
