Blackbird Bakery - Pemberton

This bakery is fantastic. My favorite thing is the breakfast sandwiches - they are hearty and perfect for fueling up before a day of snowmobiling or other outdoor activities.

During our journey through Pemberton, we made a pit stop and enjoyed a delicious snack at a quaint restaurant located inside the old train station. They have a wide variety of bakery items and drinks to choose from.

The value of the job is great - how can you go wrong with croissants at 10:00? But the heavenly omelette, made fresh, was even better. There's a reason why.
