Papa Johns Pizza - Pell City

Great customer service always get my food hot and on time.

My 12 year old daughter went in to pay for our cheese sticks and there's a black girl who works there who literally argued with her and me over a .59 cent cup of cheese sauce. I finally pulled the order up on my phone and showed her that we did indeed order the cheese sauce. Everyone else that works there were very nice and understanding, but she was so rude and so argumentative, it was unbelievable. I've never had someone be so rude to my child or myself over 59 cents!! Thank goodness for my order being saved and sent to my email address!! But thank you to the other employee there that was so kind about the situation.

What has happened to Papa John’s pizza? It’s not at all near as good as it used to be. Do y’all just not care about the quality of the food any more. Very disappointing dinner tonight.
