Arby's - Pell City

We decided to try the new Wagyu burger at the restaurant. I ordered the Bacon Ranch, while my wife went for the Deluxe. Unfortunately, we were not impressed with our experience. The burger was tough on the outside and too pink on the inside, despite having requested it to be cooked medium. The meat lacked flavor and had an odd texture. Instead, we would recommend trying a brat beef. For a truly great burger, head over to 2 Sisters in Asheville.

I had a fantastic experience at this Arby's! Ms. Sharon and her team were excellent. Keep up the great work! This AllSouth truck comes to Pell City, and we will definitely stop by again. Thanks once more for the wonderful customer service!

I had a wonderful experience at the Pell City location on Thursday evening, 02/03/22. I want to give a shout-out to the lady on the loudspeaker, who I believe was named Tiffany. Even after the restaurant had closed, she went out of her way to serve me. I told her she didn't have to, but she insisted on helping me anyway. Her customer service was outstanding!
