This visit, however, was a pleasant surprise. A young man served us politely and with consideration, and the woman at the counter was also very courteous. I must clarify that my previous review was intended for a bouncy house venue for children, for which I would give two stars. But my experience at McDonald’s was fantastic this time. The staff were all very accommodating to families with children.

This McDonald's in Pelham, NH, stands out for its exceptional customer service. The staff is consistently polite when taking and serving orders. If you happen to wait longer than expected, they promptly apologize and even offer gift coupons. Catherine, one of the managers, is particularly friendly and makes an effort to remember all the regular customers. Additionally, my coffee is always served hot. Keep up the great work; you have an excellent team!

I was pleasantly surprised by how efficient they were and how quickly we received our food. The Quarter Pounder, Big Mac, and iced coffee arrived hot and tasted fresh off the grill. I had low expectations for McDonald's, given my past experiences with poor service and long lines of indifferent staff from Tennessee to Colorado to New Hampshire, but today was quite enjoyable. It was nice to see people eating happily too!
