Arby's - Pelham

My family and I had a wonderful experience at Arby's. The food was excellent, the dining area was clean, and the service was great!

I have found the food at this Arby's to be really good most of the time. The only issue I keep having is that the crinkle fries I order are not fresh or warm. I can't order them to be delivered because I can't be sure they will be good. I have to go inperson so that I can check them while at the drive through window. Therefore, I purchase food from Arby's a lot less now.

The food was excellent, but the staff could have been friendlier.

I'm still parked in the lot waiting for our food. It's been 20 minutes since I left the drive-thru, and I'm really frustrated since I've already paid for it.

This is a pretty good Arby's. I went for an early lunch,good service n the food was hot ,pretty good.i give them a 6.5 out of 10
