La Casa del Prosciutto is located in Borselli, along the Via Casentinese, going up to the Passo della Consuma. It's the classic country food bar, where everyone confidentially knows each other, but as much courtesy and kindness is reserved to anyone who enters the club. Environment not very large, despite the two entrances, but nice and welcoming. I stopped for breakfast, good quality. I had to do a little in a row because of the limited number entry in this period and consume outside, but it was still pleasant. Equally kind some villagers who allowed me without problems to park in the shade in the alley on the side of the club. To be recommended

Classical bottle with bar outbuilding,cortesia and kindness are the must of the room,very provided,the prices are good,the rooms not too large are filled with products that give a sense of disorder,the counter instead is clean and tidy. Too bad that being on a highway of great passage sometimes parking is a little difficult.
