Coffee time, good reviews, I'll try here. Warning - don't. Go somewhere else for coffee. Counter staff was more intent on finishing the sweeping behind the counter than serving. Service (apart from that) was reasonably pleasant and quick (once the broom was put down). However, coffee wasn't even reasonably pleasant. Insipid could be the word. Cool, and in a pretntious wee cup (I didn't order a short, but I did wonder if the thought I had) with a pretentious price for the size of it.

Reading all the great reviews about this place I went here for breakfast and oh my goodness. It was busy, which is normally a good sign but the coffee was terrible. May be they were just having an off day.

Had breakfast here twice during my visit to the Pilbara, love the menu and the vast options available and pretty good coffee too! Highly recommend Empire

I love the consistently great food at Empire and the great service. Awesome healthy options for breakfast or lunch and plenty of drink options to choose from. The homewares and gifts on sale are always interesting to browse.

A little bit of Freo hidden in karratha! Fantastic food, great vegetarian/GF/vegan/DF options. Fun venue with ethical clothing, jewelry and health products. A must visit in karratha!
