Touch Of Class Caribbean Fusion Cuisine

I can't believe I waited so long to visit this place; maybe the name put me off. But now that I've finally gone, I can say: don't hesitate, just go! It’s such a welcoming spot, and the food is incredible. We tried the Cobb Salad (with jerk bacon!), spring rolls, Rasta Pasta, and seafood stew with Scotch Bonnet sauce. Everything was delicious! The flavors were perfectly balanced and warm, making it suitable for everyone (I'm Jamaican and my husband is Irish). The chef even came out to say hello, which was a lovely touch. We're already planning our next visit!

The food was fantastic, and both the owner and the staff were incredibly friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great Caribbean fusion experience!

This was only our second meal at Touch of Class, and once again, we were blown away by the incredible food. The flavors are simply amazing! The crab cakes and cured salmon are the best I've ever tasted. Peekskill really knows how to make you feel welcome!

Delicious! Great staff and fantastic cook that made me a vegan menu special that was so tasteful. My husband enjoyed the meat, we both enjoyed the Rum Punsch... it was the real thing. My fellow citizens, please support You this place, we need this in our community for years to cpme!

We went for the first time a few weeks ago, and the food was incredible!!! Everything was just delicious, all the sauces, my steak was cooked perfect and I barely needed a knife to cut through it. We will definitely be back many times!! Four of us got completely different dinners and all were just excellent. The staff is great and I'm not sure if it was the owners or not that came around to check how we were doing or managers, but they were wonderful as well. Can't wait to come back!!
