Buns-n-bourbon - Peekskill

This is a fantastic spot for a quick bite to eat! They have large tasting castles overlooking the riverfront, creating a lovely atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, which adds to the overall experience. I found their unique menu very intriguing and appetizing. They also offer a great selection of beers and drinks. The seating is beautiful and comfortable. Don’t miss the fantastic calamari appetizer! I highly recommend visiting this place if you’re in the area.

They had an extensive selection of American whisky, particularly bourbon, and we were able to create our own tasting flight. Our favorite was Stranahan's Diamond from Colorado. Our server even surprised us with a sample of some dessert bourbons, which tasted just like apple cake—definitely excellent service! The food was incredible as well. We only ordered appetizers, but they included wings, loaded quesadillas, and sweet smoky fries. To top it off, there was a great game on the TV and "Pulp Fiction" playing on the projector, making it a truly enjoyable night. To sum it up, I'll definitely be returning with my boyfriend, and I can't recommend this place enough!

Ironic enough. they are no longer buns n bourbon. but bajarito. my heart, they have not disappointed! cold beer and burritos. a more than sufficient replacement for the bnb experience!? yesss indeed. the food was prepared quickly and in take-out containers, which were naturally made from recycled products. masks are required. sitting in the open? yes. more than enough for them, small group and even their dog! dog-friendly. this is a joint venture with taco dive bar. the menu includes both. a common experience for all. make a walk along the lively peekskill waterfront and enjoy it!

Good food, good drinks, great environment. This place is located next to the Taco Dive and very close to the train station. It’s actually considered Peekskill Waterfront, not to be confused with Peekskill Downtown. A shuttle service is available between both locations.

I had the chicken sandwich which was pretty good. It's a cool vibe and I want to try again and hopefully up my rating. Unfortunately food took a really really long time to come out, one of our orders taking double the time of the rest which made us think they forgot that order. Server did admit to forgetting an order of fries completely. Hopefully things get better because I want to come back!
