Contribuiți la feedbackThis afternoon, at Freddy's Frozen Custard on Roxboro Road, a non-verbal man caught the attention of the staff as he stood silently, gazing at them behind the counter. Despite his inability to communicate his needs or desires, the team diligently sought to understand him. Through a series of inquiries, they discerned that he might enjoy a hamburger, fries, and a shake. Without hesitation, they provided him with the meal, perhaps recognizing his potential homelessness or recent discharge from the hospital. After receiving his food, the man found solace in a booth. Sensing his discomfort from the rain, the compassionate team retrieved a coat from the Lost and Found and graciously offered it to him. Their gesture of kindness not only provided him with warmth but also affirmed his dignity and worth.Kudos to Freddy's for exemplifying compassion and respect, offering not only a hot meal but also a comforting embrace to a fellow human on a chilly, wet day.
Everything was good. The food was good and great customer However, a homeless man came in and asked us for money. That was not a great experience.
They really need to have an adult working the night shift. The crew stood starring at us for 10 minutes before anyone came to take our order.
I ordered on the app, ordered 2 meals, a bottle of the fry seasoning, and a bottle of the fry sauce, store was out of the fry seasoning, wasn't offered any kind of compensation, they just told me to go on the website and file a complaint. The burgers were supposed to have fry sauce on them, but they didn't. I do not live close to a Freddy’s, we only get it when we take our son to Duke hospital. I have never been to this one, but have been to a couple others, and this is by far the worst experience I’ve had!!! So disappointed.
The food was good and hot! Very satisfied!3/8/24 the salted caramel with Twix was very delicious!
